DAY 1

Tips on How to Plant at Home

1. Choose the Plant: Decide what you want to plant (flower, vegetable, or ornamental plant).

2. Prepare the Soil or Pot: Use a pot with drainage holes or prepare garden soil. Fill it with loose, healthy soil mixed with compost if available.

3. Make a Hole: Dig a small hole in the soil. The hole should be deep enough for the seed or roots.

4. Plant It • For seeds: Place the seed in the hole and cover it lightly with soil. • For seedlings: Put the roots in the hole and gently cover them with soil.

5. Water the Plant Water it gently right after planting. Do not overwater.

6. Place in Proper Location Put the plant where it can get enough sunlight and fresh air.

7. Take Care of It Water regularly, remove weeds, and check for pests. With proper care and patience, your plant will grow healthy

It allows families to have a small source of fresh food and encourages a healthier lifestyle. Planting at home also helps the environment by adding more plants that produce oxygen and make the surroundings cleaner. In addition, it teaches responsibility, patience, and appreciation for nature while making the home and backyard more green and pleasant.
